Yea, that was at like 6K rpm in 2nd gear though. So it still had about a pound left in it. When the weather is cooler outside I see closer to 20. And you should see the same.

Go with the 42.5's. You'd be too rich with 60's.

42's are maxxed on a stage 2 tune, that tune can be tweaked to make it better but i personally don't like it a 2.9 is really pushing it, but thats just my opinion. The 60's can be used for stage 2 if you want to you just have to tune accordingly

Well I know I won't be taking my car to get custom tuned or anything....First off nobody around here that I know of does it. Plus I'm not having any problems with my car....

Well, my cat has some broken pieces in it from my car being a little too rich and added air flow. But I'm gonna be getting a ZZP 2.5" DP w/cat delete. Or also considering a high flow cat.

you can kinda half assed run a 2.8 on 42s up here in the thinner air, if its tuned right. But like lsj said its not a good idea. It will max the injectors right out and its too much of a risk for a daily driver like I have. that's why Im going with the 60s, properly tuned.

One of my favorite moments with my car was when I was out tuning, and I did a pull while watching the boost gauge, and it pegged it at 20 psi right around 6900 rpm Stock eaton w/ 2.6" pulley and heavy porting. After its back together, I'll be happy with ~12 psi with a 2.9"

Stage 2 with a 2.8" pulley = 19.5 psi for me, went stage 3 with a 2.8" pulley... now 16 psi WTF???

And yes I have 42.5 lb injectors, with this pulley over a year of HARD driving and still not motor trouble yet.
