Just Dynoed the LSJ =)
he already stated that he ported only the outlet, and polished the inlet. So therefore not opening in the inlet up at all. I'm trying to figure out where the extra airflow came from considering stock pulley.
I agree to a certain degree. But you see where I'm going right?

what? lol
how do you expect for boost to go up if you only open up the outlet? How is that pushing anymore air into the motor? You are still INGESTING the same amount of air. The rotors are still spinning at the same rate, and the inlet isn't bigger. So please explain to me how massive porting to the outlet does ANYTHING.

I was trying to make as simple of a statement as i could, so as to avoid arguments with the theory, such as yours...
Basically, everyone on this site believes that if you port things, boost goes down, no matter what.. and that's simply not true.. it depends what side of the restriction you open up..
But i've had this same discussion on here at least 10 times now.. no one ever changes their mind...
Bingo!
Flowing more air into a restriction will increase boost pressures. Removing some restriction on the intake side, and sending it to the exhaust side w/o any modification will net you the increase in boost seen here. If the OP opened up the exhaust his boost level will drop.

Why did you need to replace the first time?

the other only local that i know of thats completely stock says it stays a 12psi called him yestarday just to see if it had to do with weather changes...
its easy to tke the SC off
tell me about it...i will try to get the car on a different dyno when i can. the car did stayed with a stock ss tc so idk if all stock lsj do that but it runs pretty good for what it has..

My statement wasn't directed to the OP's car.. it was a general statement that if you make the blower flow more by porting it, the boost will go up..
