LNF Down
If you would have plowed into her, she for sure would have been at fault.... She failed to yield..... But anyways, swerving while driving is totally conditional and in this case, I would have to side on not swerving. You don't know what is in that other lane. It could've been a guy on a moped for all you know and he would've been killed or maimed. I understand though, in the heat of the moment you just react. I don't chastise you for what you did as I am willing to bet many people would.. It's a natural reaction... But in complete hindsight, and an outside view, swerving was the incorrect decision. Should've just slammed the brakes, kept the car straight, and let the engineering in the car car do it's work.
Also, no driving instructor pushes swerving as the first viable option. Swerving should only be used if the driver can avoid a dangerous accident safely. Like I said before, there is a reason car companies spend lots of money making cars safer....
On the another note, glad to see you are safe and sound, nobody was luckily hurt, and that you got a sick ass LNF cobalt. I haven't seen any like that so I am jelly.

The rims are nice. The car is nice. Together? Pretty good.
CCWs or all silver LMs would look better IMO.
It's funny how things work out. You and your roomy (previous owner) were so critical about painting the car blue.... particularly Grabber Blue..... a year later.... it's Grabber Blue.
You guys should thank Phyrric for originally coming up with the idea in the first place. Otherwise you'd be driving a Ford Fiesta Green Cobalt now. LOL

grabber blue looks goooood!
Yeah I just think this guy is trolling or not getting the picture lol. I even put up a graph from the police report. People have opinions oh well lol Just wanted to let this portion of the community know whats going on and to give thanks to those who have already supported me.

I'm thinking Nate masterminded the whole thing. Look at all the cool stuff that came out of it:
- Gets new badass original car
- Gets insurance money
- Gets to buy back the old car complete with all the mods for practically nothing.
win.

Im just glad its sorta working out, id love to have my other car fully running and not even have to go through all of this. Insurance is being **** with the money and the new car needs some work.
