Wow that looks pretty good Merc. I like how you came up with the little shroud around the lense bezel. Did you use ABS plastic?

There were issues with the sheet metal there. Don't worry, it will all be covered.

that is sooooooooooooo impressive!!!!!!!!! i like it with out that cover over the projecter myself but that looks SO DAM GOOD!....i cant waite to see these light up!!!

also what is that bridge about in your wireing....what is the point of it?

I am planning on waking up early tomorrow and trying to seal up the headlamps. Then when I get back from work at 9 pm, they go in!!
