Here is a picture with masked painted shrouds:

Here is a picture with the unmasked painted shroud

I am still not finished! Just a little bit more cosmetic and then some wiring and I'll be done!

I've been watching this for a while now, from start to finish I am very impressed. The craftsmanship is very unique in it's own way. Don't stop now

For all those haters who think he doesn't know what he is talking about let the finished product speak for it's self. I don't see you doing anything exciting

Hey Merc that's looking damn good! Just wondering are you planning on doing any kind of shroud work on the projector? or are you planning on leaving the raw metal around the lense visible? Either way that's gonna look ****!

Merc man this looks sick, when your all finished you have to post a list of all the items you need and a ball park price for this because I am pretty sure everybody thats been watching this thread wants to do this.

Great work man

Hey mercury, you should sell your design to a company so they can m*** produce these. This way you can get some bucks out of it while we can have a good, hopefully cheap, projector headlights to buy.

But he can't m*** produce them so it would take a long time for people to get them Unless he has his own shop.

It's possible. That would give people options as to what projectors they want in there. for example I got a retro fit done with some Audi RS6 Bi-xenon projectors. Others are using the E55 bixenon projector. You'd be able to get a set of TL Bi-xenon projectors and use those instead. Customize your lights in a sense. That's what a member of SRTsyndicate does. He sells custom retrofitted projectors.

Here is a wiring diagram I made for my wiring harness.

Where it says bridge, there will be a diode there.

Right this minute I am creating shrouds to cover the reflector.

Here is a picture of the shrouds unpainted.

Here is a picture of them painted.

Painted with a dirty cover on them.

I also added a little mini shroud around the projector itself in the last two pictures

Now the design itself is complete, I just need to ***emble everything, fine tune a couple things here and there, tighten all the bolts, and do my wiring harness.
