God I love that look!!
Last year I wanted nothing to do with black rims, but over the winter I got used to the look of my steelies on the orange contrast.

I've always loved the look of the G5 rims, and in black on orange that looks siiiiiiiick!

I like the look, at first I was a little worried but now it looks awesome with some tires shine on. lol. the tires are a little to wide, unless you have an 8" rim.. the 7" is pushing it a bit, I run 26 psi max so they sit flat on the road.

cruisn do you winter drive? also, did you get a rim shop to paint them? if so how much did that run you?

yes I winter drive, but not next winter, I am gonna get a beater, lol. no more rocks hitting my baby. lol. I painted them myself. cost a grand total of 100 bucks or so, for all the paint and sand paper. its a long process though

any problems winter driving a lowered car? also has your nightshades on your lights ever peeled?

nightshades has been on for 8-9 months now. lots of carwashes, brushes. snow brushes. and never had a single issue with them. As for driving a lowered car in the winter. I didnt have a single issue with it. I mean you get into 8" of snow and your plowing but with good winter tires it was never an issue.

Looks awsome. I've been wanting to find a set of gt 17's to powdercoat black just like that. Just waiting for my kdw's wear down on my 18's and i'll up looking for a set.
