My Retrofit Build:
yea i have like 5 saved and all are missing parts or the pics a really blurry like they were taken by a rock
The pieces you cut off the back of the reflector bowls. I've never seen anyone do that.
There's a washer that goes on the back of the reflector bowl that compresses and pulls the projector tight as could be to the bowl. I has three tabs on the outaide and is angled a bit to go over the washer you used before the locking nut.

That is the H7 Adapter plate... you don't have to use that. I didn't cut anything off and put it back on. I dremeled half of the material away. The way i did it I find much better, That was the H4 washer can't move around.. it's centered by leaving that big of material.
I have a few questions.
To start , I assume the ballasts are the Morimoto Mini H1 5.0 Bi-xenon ones. Also , what shrouds do the cobalt use as well as which wiring harness do I select. I assume one can pick which ever brightness they want. What would the 5000k look like color wise. Thanks for the help.

Yes he used the Mini's. Pretty much any shroud can be used I personally wouldn't go with anything larger then a 120x120x60 which is the size of the normal size gatling gun
i find it easier to mount them like this in the rear with the larger washer.. sometimes the smaller washer doesnt like to fit well inside there, not to mention my 27mm socket used to tighten on the projector nut isnt shallow enough to fit in there (using a pliers is ghetto and has the possibility of ruining threads); ask me how i know lol
its still just as easy to line up as the small circles do help you get rotational alignment fairly close from the get-go
