A polarizer filter would help with the reflection would they not?

I thought so. I have one but only used it a few times. Too expensive for me to drop and scratch it accidentally!

In order to get a REALLY good polarizer you have to drop a chunk of change. Otherwise the polarizer won't take out all the reflection.

Hoya cpl's start at like $25 bucks for single coat then sky rocket after that to over 300 depending on the size and quality of the multicoating

sounds like an intermediate multicoat cpl probably 4 layer coat right?

58mm multicoat would be 76 for me

58mm pro 8 layer would be 130
77mm pro 8 layer would be 187

hey has anyone ever tried a close-up glass filter? just wondering how well they work, I wanna eventually get a dedicated macro lens but to tide me over I was wondering if this would work.

No discount, just didn't buy into an extremely expensive filter when that one does just as good of a job.

I paid close to $220 CAN for my polarizer filter in 77mm. The UV filter was only about $100 CAN. Hoya Pro ftw

I just ordered a few new filters. Man that website is cheap. I got a new polarized filter along with a nd4 and nd8 filter and an extra UV filter just cause its so cheap! Thanks for posting the werbsite.

Yeah the Pro 1D is expensive but I guess its worth it.
