I'm sure it's not alot warmer in WV than it's been here in PA. We're not exactly able to keep clean cars during a time called winter. lol. It was 10 last week. No washing then. lol.

Exactly. We're not in climates where we can hand-wash our cars 365. If you hand-washed that, it would've stayed nicer. Plus, black is a bitch. Especially over winter.

LoL, yeah, tell me about it, and I mean.. it was nice here for winter yesterday, like 63 or something, but that's far from warm enough for a hand wash.

Nice, black is bad ass!!! As far as the dirt, that is clean for winter in PA!! 
We go from snow/ice one day to 50 and sunny the next, plus the build-up of salt on the road is crazy!!
