How much did the FatMat sound deadener run you and where did you get it at?

Nice job on the floor... but why didn't you take your time and cover the sides all up just as well?

I got the FatMat from this seller on ebay http://stores.ebay.com/Noise-Killers-Sound-Control and I got 50 sq feet which was more than enough to do my trunk and its relatively cheap. (much cheaper then dynamat and it works great!) Also I didn't do the sides as well because of some of the wiring, but it still killed almost 70-80 percent of the rattling so I'm satisfied.

Like I said it got rid of 70-80 percent of my rattling; it reduced the rattling in my rear view mirror, trunk, spoiler, and entire car tremendously because my cobalt rattled pretty bad with my system now its really nice and I only did the trunk imagine if I did the whole car..

What kind of tape do you use to hold it? If there is tape... Sorry for all the questions but i like loud music and not so much rattle.

It's self adhesive, you cut the piece of FatMat you need then peel the backing and stick it on and use a wooden roller and make sure its adheres to the curves and surface of where your putting it at.

The rattle trap is thicker than the fatmat therefor it will stop the rattling even more I think the fatmat is only .50 mil and the rattletrap is .80 mil.
