Holy Crap... We were so busy at work this week that I got a couple of things done, but nothing "MAJOR"
1. The fuel system developed a slight leak at the top of the second tank and at the fuel filter. The system was emptied and then the leaks were fixed. Yet another 5 Min job that took 4 Hours. Good thing now...It's full again and holding really strong. I pressure tested the system to 90 Psi and it held for 10 Min so IMO it's going to be simply marvelous at 45 Psi..
2. THe Hood Latch is installed again and now I remember how good it really looks, the hood hasn't been flush with the fenders for almost a year...
The fuel filter is in the right rear of the car on the floor and the pump is under the right seat... Flame away if you like, but I'm not trying to "Restore To Stock" I'm trying to make a stupid fast car and I'd rather have it where I can keep close track of how it's doing.

Nice. I was recently reading that it is not optimal to place a positive displacement charger pre throttle body. How do you plan on working around that. I was also wondering how you were going about tuning and what kinda air metering system the 944 uses. I'm not trying to call you out or anything, I was just curious as to what you were doing.

No, I left the 944 back when we moved. I had to go get it from the old place..
No, I still have both Mazdas..

Just cleaned up a bit with a dremel. The SC will negate any porting modification.
Body work and paint.. Is all that is left. I'm on a very intensive two year military course right now. The plan is to roll it out in the sun during the spring and do all the bodywork, then drive it to a body shop for paint.
