GM all the way. Dodge will never have the aftermarket that GM has. Not to mention the TBSS has massive amounts of potential in any direction you go, and there are many to choose from.

They may have been, but I think with the growing aftermarket, they may soon, if they haven't already, be respecting the Cobalt a bit more. One of the many reasons that I love my car is because it is still underestimated. These cars have ALOT of potential, especially with a decent driver behind the wheel.

Funny you say that, last weekend I saw them race each other at the Friday night street legals. Im gonna go out on a limb and say both were stock, but I cant be certain. Anyways, they were insane, both were running mid-low 13's all night long. Near the end they raced each other a few times. IDENTICAL. They were litteraly like 0.05-0.1 seperation. The Chevy won a few times and so did the cherokee. Drivers race. Was sweet to watch.

I have ported Lingenfelter heads, 218/220 cam, 3200 stall, headers & dual exhaust.
Now, my truck hasn't been tuned yet for the supporting mods and really runs like ****! The GC has a CAI only. Once I am tuned I should be good for about 13.2-13.3 @ 104-105 (3500 DA). I am AWD, there are a few 2wd's state side with nearly the same setup running 12.8-12.9's.
I am building a 402/2.6l kenne bell setup for the truck right now; I don't think it will be ready for this season.

Engine size: 6.0l LS2
Yeah, 2wd is faster than AWD (about .2)
Stock and near stock 2wd really don't have a problem hooking. 600+ awhp is where the AWD will shine

Coming from a TBSS owner...the TBSS comes in either AWD or RWD/2WD. From a dig the AWD gets a better launch, but from a roll the RWD will do better. (mod pending) So you guys were correct. thanks for the compliments on the TBSS...you guys have kickass rides as well! fast little cars
