06 SS/SC bouncing AFR and KR

So over the past few days I noticed my AFR gauge was bouncing even at idle. I will get a video this morning of the idle on a cold start up and after its warmed up. I thought it might be a dirty O2 but now when I get on the gass it piggs out at 20 untill I let off the gas, I also notice KR, But not concistant KR. Sometimes I can do a full pull from 40-100 and not see any, sometimes just getting on it to get up to speed, it will show up to 7 degrees for a split second. I will try to get a video of the KR today too..

Do I have an intake leak or possibly a bad upstream O2, No CEL yet, but I havent driven the car too much since I noticed the AFR and KR

What do you guys think??

AFR with cruise set at 80mph, you can hear and see when I get on the gass(5th no down shift)

EDIT: mods in sig...v

Edit 2: cleaned the MAF, upstream O2 and wideband O2, sprayed starting fluid around the engine bay and found no leak, checked intake and S/C bolts

EDIT 3: Now I have a code. P1133- Heated Oxygen Sensor Insufficient Switching Sensor 1.
Also the back of the car is still getting covered in soot like its running rich (not burning any oil) It always used to do this due to a canned GM tune, the wideband would always be a little rich

Pull showing almost no KR

same pull after I turned around with KR (withing 30 seconds of each other)

Wow my 06 ss/sc is doing the same thing but the AFR is going down to 10.0 and stays there when under throttle. I have been trying to figure mine out for about two weeks now. No CEL so I don't know what is going on. Sub'd so maybe I can find out what is going on.

i would not be driving with it like that. you are WAY lean!!!! either you have an air leak after your MAF or in your exhaust.

Doesn't really sound like you have a problem to me. During normal operations afrs will flucutate even at idle.
The KR at random is probably "false knock" ZZP wrote an artical about that. If you do a 40-100 mph pull without KR you should be okay. Espessly if its 7 degrees for a split second. If you had real KR of 7 degrees it would take 7 seconds to return to 0, as the PCM decreases KR at a rate of about 1 degree per second.

i was more talking about him going way lean, not really the false knock. wheneer he would hit the gas it would instantly go very very lean.

The dirty on the back of the car I think is normal. Mine gets really dirty in the back too, I think it has to do with the way the wind vortex goes arround and what not.

It does not sound like anything is wrong to me, I'm going to guess you have a bad Sensor, AEM has had a lot of returns.

that much black stuff on the back of the car is not normal. doesn't that mean its usually running too rich? either that or oil. but still, that's not normal.
