Unhappy 2006 2.2 cobalt misfire problems

Just randomly one day after trying to restart the car after going into a store it started running rough and would stall out you could smell gas so i knew that it was a misfire. I did some research online and found out that the ICM usually has problems on the cobalt I replaced it and it ran great for about two days.

Same problem but now it was acting up also while you are driving loss of power and half the time by the time you got the car off to the side of the road it had already stalled out or was about to and was running rough so i was able to get it to the closest auto parts store to read the code it was throwing and it was a p0300 multiple cylinder misfire so i figured it was the coil went and replaced it and ran fine for about half a mile.

I finally got the car back home so i could start testing other components and when i took off the heat shield for the exhaust manifold i found out that the manifold is cracked in half in between the 2 and 3 cylinders then my buddy has a laptop to hook up to the computer and it was now pulling three codes

P0717 Input/turbine speed sensor no signal circuit 'A'
P0300 Multiple cylinder misfire
P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit 'A'

the misfire and loss of power is random it could stall out and you remove the key put it back in five seconds later and starts up runs great for a lil while the one way that we could get it to repeat while i was troubleshooting was to run the **** out of the car and in about half a mile it would start acting up consistently my friend also said that it felt like the trans wasn't shifting properly

Not sure if this has anything to with it but the cruise control started working again right before all this started happening

Thanks for any help or just somewhere to start
