Thumbs down Bad Service

I brought my car to the dealer to get the car waxed and detailed with some special **** they have. Well i left the dealer and went and got something to eat and while i was eating they called me and told me they were washin my car and the head of the pressure hose blew off and went right through my back window. There was water and glass every where. I nearly killed some one. Cause to make it worse. They left my car outside in the rain while i was on my way back. And when i got back they but my car in the shop garage put the kid slammed my door getting out so the window callapsed into the car.

I would be getting a new car. That is rediculous. Accidents happen, but leaving it out in the rain afterwards, come on!

they SHOULD do it for free... that's rediculous... as long as everything gets repaired, and you have a free rental, i guess there's not much else that can be done... **** happens, but if they make it right in your book then it's all good i guess
