anyone else having problems with there acc belts screaming if they get a little wet. i mean i can understand if you go through a puddle or something but even if i drive on a road thats a little wet it will do it. im just wondering because my last car had 178000 kms on it before it need a belt and it did the same thing my 08 cobalt lt is doing now will the dealer warrenty this or is it concidered a wear item

Shouldnt be squealing already.
I would think there is something wrong with the tensioner or what ever else the belt runs on,(Bad altenator maybe.
Get it to the dealer and have it done under warranty.

 

but is that going to fixed under warenty because i would think the belt and tensioner would be wear items. i dont know i called the dealer and i made an appointment so i guess well see

 

Its warranty work.No need to worry about that.
