Ok so my compressor cracked and I'm going to replace it. I've got the compressor and the expansion valve. I need to find where the accumulator/filter drier is and also if it comes with a orifice tube. GM part numbers would be awesome, also do any of you techs know what the technical service instructions are? Thanks

 

No one knows? Where can i find out? I've called to 2 chevy dealerships here and they say they don't think it has one? Can anyone confirm or disprove?

 

Our cars dont have a dryer. I went through the same thing when I replaced mine a year ago. I just vacuumed the system and added freon and havent had a single problem.
