so for awhile i would have to pump the clutch twice to get it in 1st gear but after my recent trip to montana from washington it started to do it in 2nd then reverse, 3rd then i couldnt get it into any gears. all the linkage seemed to be working right but it seemed like there wasnt any gears there or something, i sent it to the dealer and they havent called me back yet so i was wondering if anyone on here has heard of that problem with the ss/sc. my buddy says its the clutch master cylinder but who knows.

Hmmm, I had the same thing happen in my old Eclipse. I ended up being the slave cylinder. The master went out a year later, and it was different. I could find all of the gears, but when I gave it gas, all it did was rev. Then it would catch, and I would take off.

yeah well i hope its anything but the clutch(only thing not covered in my warrenty) but once this problem started getting worse i had trouble getting above 120 sometimes and it seemed like i was missing a lot of power. i almost lost to a 350z and i usualy rape them

well it was my shifter. i guess that ball was alll fucked up or something, but then thats coming from a gm dealer haha
