why would you say that it wouldnt bleed air?

 

its pretty easy to install/make. grab about 12 feet of heater hose a universal coolant recovery tank and the 2 fittings that go into the tank.

on the stock filler neck there are 2 lines going to it, a supply and a return. the tank you buy completely replaces this. just run your lines over to the passenger fender. i ran mine under the passenger headlight bracket.

If i want to drain the system whats the best way to drain and fill it?

 

remove the line from the side of the ic pump is the easiest. then in your case just fill drive fill drive etc.
if it is the stock clip on it take a crescent wrench or something of the like and grab on, then move up down up down until the glue lets go.

So I ve been watching my temp's and today was the day that the good ol las vegas heat is getting up there. by the time i got home the car was reaching 223 before when crusing it was at 183. Now since i installed the H\e it getting higher should i be worried? Did i do something wrong or something. Is that normal my temp seem higher than before.

The h/e coolant system has no impact on the engine cooling system.

Is your fan turning on?

 

normal maybe a tad higher than normal on the idling temp....
x's 2 on fan. if you get tuned you can also command the fans on earlier, or all the time (which is annoying imo)

Kinda a stupid question but is the black air dam still on the car? Mine did the same thing after I hit a pot hole and was torn off the car.
