A couple probs, 1 CEL, dual pass issues, Help

Well first my car was ideling weird. then I got a CEL reandom misfire.

I changed my plugs from zex back to NGK brk7e. Undid my batery, cel went away and every thing was peachy. Great problem solved.

BUT, today when I was driving it stard doing it again, the revs started to bounce a little bit, ennough for me to notice on the tach, which it didn't do before. When I have my exaust dump open it goes Pop Pop Pop, steady, pop pop pop, poping Like I'm down shifting or something only really quiet. I can feal it wiht the dump closed but not hear it.

The engine light hasn't comeon again but I'm afraid it will. So, I started thinking, I had problem w/ my dual pass before, Like how I hooked it up. I thought I had it all squared away but I figure if Im getting really hot IAT=2's and its not working right that could cause it.

So, I went over GM's guidlines and I think I did it right. 90% sure. But not 100%.

It seems to be driving great in every other aspect.

THe only things that lead me to beilive that I'm not 100% is that the coolant is hardly warm. It looks like it slowing through the cap but I cant tell how well. I do have a cobra H?E too so it could just be that it is working great, or not working.

IDK I need Some help!!!

we just did my dual pass setup, im getting slight hotter temps only because the system still has air in it, we coundlt find a 0.40 oriface, so we went with the .020, i just have to driev it around and keep topping up the coolant every so often until the system is completey bled of its air pockets, air will cause a restriction of the coolant flow, so once that is outta the way the temps will drop, maybe this is your issue??

for your other issue, do you have a wideband, when s the poppin occuring? wat rpm? what gear?
you might be running a lil lean.

No I don't have a wideband.

The popping occurs when I'm at idle and the engine is hot, like in traffic, its very embarrassing. It makes me concerned as well.

Whats interesting about the dual pass is that my intake manifold is much cooler than the supercharger to the touch after driving.

free bump for ya
my heat exchanger was ice cold after we did the dual pass, a few days ago, i still have **** loads of air in the system, you can see the bubbles in the tank, just today i touched the heat exchanger and it was luke warm so the ball is rolling, it just had to bleed the air out 100 percent, what are your iat2s ?
