dead battery or something else
Tried a few searches and couldnt come up with exacty what im looking for.
Synopsis: Car sitting outside in 10 degree weather for 12+ hours
Result: Wont Start
Troubleshooting: Tried a good old fashioned jump start. Lights came on, but when I turn the key I get whats best described as an electrical clicking noise, no start. Any input?

I was thinking that same ****. I guess I will be bring the battery inside and hook it up to a charger as I'm to far away from a power outlet outside. I also may call up the dealership to inquire about a replacement battery, because your right it shouldn't have clonked out at that temperature during that period of time.

my battery has done that. it was completely drained a few times now. its not the same anymore. all the lights in my car dim and brighten. better off just replacing it.

Update: I had the battery charging for about six hours and she started up this afternoon. Hopefully there will be no more issues. I'm thinking about calling the dealer and letting them know my battery just clonked out on me so there is some sort of record if it happens again. Now that I think about it I can make the call but who knows if the person on the phone will actually make a note on my cars record.
