just got mine installed, i work at a dealer $175CAD installed.

 

They ever tell you why? Or does anybody know why? I can't seem to figure that out.

 

im guessing that the turbo setup gets in the way of the block heater.

 

Dont buy the block heaters from the dealership.......they rape you big time.....its a $35-$50 part at any auto parts place.....very easy install to do on your own too btw....Magnetic oilpan heaters wont work on the car because it has an aluminum pan and even if it did work they have to be taken off because they will fall off when you drive.......Get the pads that silicone on.....they are about $60 for a good one of the proper size.....If ya heat the coolant and the oil then you will save the life of your car big time.....Later
