engine ticking?

I have this problem I got a whole new timing kit done at a dealership for timching chain knocking they replaced a whole new head as well when I got it back it was good for about 3 weeks now theirs a bit of a light knock forme the middle of the the block and towards the chain again .
help?

Yess it's a light ticking but sounds more as the rpm go up
it's an 06 with 87k on it

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me.

Check the exhaust manifold bolts and downpipe bolts.

Since they replaced the head, I'm willing to bet they didnt re torque the bolts after a heat cycle.

It sounds like it's coming from my valves the middle of the block and towards the guide bolt on the side of the block

I'll post a video tomarrow morning it comes and goes and it's more of a ticket and you hear it more when the rpms go up

You would be surprised how sound can travel in an engine bay.

Why not check and see before making a potential easy fix worse.

This way, you will know for sure if you need to pull the cam cover and check the chain & guides.

I wanna do a motor flush and and new oil with a Lucas oil additive for imports and a other oil rocker arms and cams lubercater ???

You dont need to be using oil additives.

Can I get a list of things that could possibly be wrong gonna take of the the valve cover tomorrow put a new timing tensioner in and out new oil anything I should be looking for??

dont just change a part until u know for sure its the part causing the issue, but to answer your question....

exhaust leak
loose chain guide
tensioner

check all the followers as well.

Well I checked everything and it still does it put new oil new filter New tensioner and that knocking is still their but not at idle only when my rpms go up in 1st 2nd & 3rd gear
would a not tighten guidance bolt be the cause of it??
