Thumbs down F-ing PISSED

I had my car at the dealership today to have it buffed cause of over spray. The paint looks "better". But, I am **** and very pissed off right now. Well lets make it short and sweet these ******** buffed my outside mirro GLASS. Now, there is all these lines in it and I cannot even see out of it. I mean really what kind off asshat buffs glass. I am just so pissed right now I could freak out. They had it for two days and I get it back like this..
I would talk to the service manager. But, He is a ******* sped. He tried to tell me that the overspray wasn't there when I picked it up.RIIIGGGHHHTTTTT. I had on my work uniform and he saw that I work for toyota. He said " I see you are in the business..What are you a salesman"? No I said I am the Asst. Parts Manager...Ohhhh all the sudden he wants to look at the car again (cause I know the in and outs of the way service ***** people)
He comes back and says yeah I guess we can buff it for you. But, after that we are done with the paint...HA until now...I am calling GM tomorrow **** THAT GUY AND HIS SHITTY BODY SHOP

alright with overspray you dont really have to BUFF the car. We usually use window cleaner and wax. But yeah if the person buffed your mirror they are retarded but any detailer knows not to buff a window.

see thats what I am saying..I started out in detail and I know how to do all of that stuff but why do it. When I can have someone else do it..I guess I will be spending a day in our detail dept. doing it myself.

That sucks, I feel for you dude. And people wonder why I'm so **** about letting people touch my car. If I have to get something done that I can't do myself (like tires or an inspection, thats about it) I will only take my car somewhere where I can be right there with them watching. My rotors are a little warped but I'm debating just buying new better ones and doing it myself so I don't have to leave the car at the dealership (plus the new ones they give will just warp again anyway.......).

I would think clay bar would have taken the overspray off in the first place......
