Fuel Fill-Up Issue
This is a problem for all the old TJ Wranglers. I don't know a single Jeeper that hasn't had this issue. What we've been forced to do is just put the pump on the first notch. It makes the fuel go in slower so the pressure switch isn't hit as soon. I doubt that the evap canister is the problem on the Wranglers anyways because it's mounted a lot higher than the top of the gas tank.
If you continue to have the problem, a cheap and easy fix is to just slow the fuel down when you're at the pump.
