I didn't know you could run the car on different sized injectors with out a tune. lulcaps btw.

Why do you have an underdrive pulley on an ss?

If you get bigger injectors without tuning you will be running too rcih and probably kill your cat besides getting bad gas milage. Your PCM will comand the same duration for the injector to be open but because they flow more it will put more gas into the cylinder.
Who told you to get bigger injectors anyway? Your stock ones should be fine wtih your current mods.

No tune with the bigger injectors will def cause it to dump fuel!

If you don't have bigger injectors, why does your first post even talk about them then?!?

So wait let me get this straight. First you say you have bigger injectors and then you say you don't. Well if it's the latter and you say you have worse gas mileage and hesitation I would assume you need a new primary o2 sensor. I would also check the plugs to. Without being able to monitor or log the car that's the best advice I can give you for now

lets see k&n typhoon intake, full 2.5 flowmaster exhaust from cat back duals, and smaller crank/underdrive pulley and use all synthetic fluids and 93 octane gas cause that is what the manual calls for idk y but that is what it says

My intake increased my mpg by 2-3. Exhaust should also help. My guess is you're getting on it more to hear the intake and exhaust.

I have a 2.2 not a 2.4 but before my intake I was getting 37. After I managed 40. Same drive, same time of day, same speed.
Now with my wheels it's gone down a good bit.

How many miles? is the filter clean? MAF clean? TB clean? Plugs. check all of the basic stuff first. if there is no chack engine light on there it has to be somthing small. have you had really hot weather lately?

Are your new wheels bigger and heavier than the stock ones?

I read this 3 times and I'm still not sure if I got everything you are trying to say.
Did you say you cleaned your TB and then had problems with the idle and with the throttle fluctuating? If so that is where I would start. Might be TPS but I would expect that to set a code. Free thing to try is disconnecting the battery for amlittle bit to reset to base setting. If you haven't killed something on the TB by cleaning it improperly this will reset the idle.
If that's not what your problem is maybe someone else will have better luck figuring out what you said in your post
