Got a couple codes

The car is throwing 2 DTCs, the one is a P0133 HO2S Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1, and the other is a P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

What exactly are these? What can I do to fix them? They are not on constantly.

upon searching I read several places that it is probably the first 02 Sensor on the exhaust manifold.

Ya I guess i was wondering if it's the O2 sensor going kaput or if something else is up that causes the sensor to not read properly that it throws those codes.

Well both codes are sensor 1 bank 1 so that give you the only place to start. I'd replace it and go from there. Not a hard change.
