Heeelp Maf Issues

Okay, so i was doing some scanning in hpt and i realized my maf is reading nothing, which also explains my cel. But the problem is that i tried replacing the MAF, and its still reading nothing, i checked and all the cables looked fine.
anyone know what can cause the maf to read nothing, besides the maf itself?
if anyone could help me out that would be awesome, cuz my car is running like **** right now and im hoping to have it fixed before the CED meet coming up.

bump, someone plz let me know whats up
does anyone know if there could be a fuse involved with the MAF sensor?

aren't you suppose to disconnect the battery and wait a few mins and reconnect it to reset the maf?

wait so i should dissconnect the batt. and leave it and that will enable the maf to work?
btw, if this helps, in hpt, it wasnt reading zero, but was actually reading .25, but since nothing ever changed i figured that was probly just a base reading of some kind

id start with that the maf needs to be reset to read the new intake if thats what you did install a new intake.

Check your email !
I would check the ground if the resetting thing doesnt work for you.

Not sure where it is but there is like 9 ground wires going to its location [G105]
