Help Backseats

I need help with getting my back seats out i know how to get the bottom and back off but the black bar were you push the flat head screw driver to get the back part of the seats out i need to know how to take that bar out. The black bar the is bolted to the body for the back seats i have everything unbolted but i can not get it out bc the ends of the bar hit the plastic panels on both right and left side. Is there a trick to getting these out are what ? If you all could please help that would be great!

I never had a problem removing mine, I slid it all the way to the drivers side and pushed the passenger side panel in a little then was able to slide the passenger side of the bar out, then angled it enough to where I could pull the bar up and towards the passenger side freeing the drivers side.

Take a flat screwdriver and just push it in the spot where the seatback clips into the bar. when you push it in the tab moves out of the way, then pull up on the seatback to get it out. Simple.

It's a pain in the ass to take it out with removing the sides, but I can be done. Pry bar helped me out
