heLP! electrical bs

ok... so i was wiring in led's in my cup holder. i must have blown a fuse because i have no power to my obd2. and my cig lighter. so where is that fuse? and whats it called/ what size is the fuse. i figured i would tap power off of the cig lighter... bad idea.

fuse is next to the passenger's right leg, you have to pull that panel off, and read the back to figure out which fuse it is!!

the cig. lighter fuse is in the fuse block under the hood.....it's either a 10 or 15 amp fuse, I can't remember which right now
