Hi, all! My engine has been making this weird ticking noise. It only happens when the car is warming up in the morning. I had this problem a month ago but the noise went away after changing the spark plugs. However, The sound came back again this morning. My car has about 107k and it's a 2.2L. Not sure what it is. Do you think it's a major engine problem or not and what it might be? Thanks!

 

Sounds like the technician is stuck in there tapping Morse code lol

But seriously it sounds like a small gear driven device trying to open or close and the plastic gears are clicking because it's stuck...
