Hood Latch Sensor Replacement

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know if the hood latch sensor can be replaced by itself? It looks like I might have to replace the entire hood latch assembly. I'm asking because for the past week, my alarm has been going off randomly a few times a day and my remote start won't work. It's not giving me and messages in the DIC so, I figure that rules out the trunk sensor or the door sensors.

Thanks

If you have the factory remote start. There is a sensor at the latch.
