Yesterday i cleaned out my throttle body and it still idles rough....the code P020 keeps popping up but no check eng light.....its a catalyst ineficiency or something like that...i was told it was an o2 sensor but i keep get told that its not cuz its too early for the sensor to go out with only 18000 mi on the car. This really irritates me can anyone help me out with this so i can fix it...

Clean your throttle body up and get back to us. I'm guessing it's the 02 sensor as well. Maybe just a bad part.

check your map sensor as well

p0420 is catalyst efficiency.....you have an aftermarket cat or no cat on the car....that's what's causing it.

the cat i have is from CA..is that anything to worry about or can that be fixed...will replacing the o2 sensor help with that

if u have a hi flow cat or catless def your gonna get a code

so a high flow cat is gonna pop this code....is this anything to worry about and how do i have to go to a dealer to get it reset?

Nope don't worry about it. It will come and go.

but that doesn't fix the rough idle though...i keep getting told the o2 sensor...that thing is $150...is that what u guys think it is?
