Identify this noise?

I'll admit my knowledge of cars is limited. Here are a few videos. My SS/SC started making this noise recently. It's only when I'm I'm accelerating. IT's more noticable when my boost gauge gets above 0, so I don't know if it's related to the supercharger. It's hard to tell in the video, but maybe someone will recognize it.

It almost sounds like an exhaust leak. Maybe your downpipe.

I'll get it checked out when I go to work today. I hope it's something that the warranty covers.

Do you have a way to start the car while on a lift or jacks?

You should be about to get your ear closer to a leak or even feel the hot air coming from it.

Especially if the flex pipe broke.

If it's the DP you might be able to find someone on here that has a stock one or you could buy an aftermarket one.

It was a pipe from the catalytic converter, covered by my warranty.

I figured. I had my fair share of exhaust leaks. Glad everything worked out

Probably the downpipe. That's where the catalytic converter and flex pipe are.

I had the same problem. Now that I come to think of it I probably could have taken it to the dealer despite my warranty being out and have it covered under the emissions warranty.
