Update: just gonna take it to the dealer and see if whatever it is is covered under the power-train warranty. I have 37k miles so Bumper to bumper is gone. Thanks to the guys that helped me out with the first problem...

Update: Took it to the dealership, while I was driving it I tried to go into boost and while my foot was on the accel the gauge would go up to about 10 then slowly drop while I was still keeping the pedal steady. It has to be a boost leak somewhere but I don't know much so i could be wrong. They drove the car and said they didn't feel anything different but I saw them put it on the lift anyways to check the car.. Hope they fix the issue. I didn't properly fix that broken breather tube either so we'll see how things go.

Alright well I picked the car up today, they replaced the intake hose with a new hose, boost gauge still sits at 21 vac which I guess is normal after all. Car seems okay, just my gut is telling me something is going to go wrong.

That crackle you get when you rev the engine or during driving, that is from the turbo or from the fuel ratios?
