Idle issue?

Not sure if this is normal or not but I recently noticed this when I revved up my car(which I don't do often) so it's probably why I never noticed it.

After revving the rpms will float back up and stick around 1500-2000rpm. Also noticed they will float around when I'm in neutral coming to stop if not downshifting.

I took a video. At the end when it floats up my foots not on the gas. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Can't watch the video (at work) but cleaning your TB and checking for vacuum leaks is an easy place to start. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in.

If you cleaned it recently then thats probably not the issue. Old school way is take some starter fluid and spray around (avoid exhaust area) if the engine revs up there is a leak there. You could also go over the lines by hand looking for brittle or missing lines. Wish I knew the common spots for vac leaks on the LSJ to narrow your search down.
