So lately my car will start fluttering when I let off the throttle. Doesn’t do it all the time it comes and goes, so it could be fluttering then a few minutes latter it’ll be back to its normal bpv woosh sound. Car also has no codes any ideas on what it could be

How’s it’s normal? Has never done it before and when it does the car barely accelerates

 

Does it do anything else you failed to mention in the first post?

 

No CEL codes? Does the car go into limp mode or limited boost?

 

If you get flutter after letting off of part throttle it is normal. If it is fluttering when letting off from going WOT then the bypass valve isn't opening completely and you need to check vacuum lines and boost control solenoids. It's not going to damage the turbo so don't put to much thought into it.
