Knock Retard

I am getting 1-3 degree's of Knock retard when I shift from 2-3 during WOT. and STFT seems to fluctuate between -6 and +6 randomly. would a tune take care of this?

I imagine its just false knock. Does it show up then just go away or does it hang around?

With a Hahn cold air, it's highly recommended to be tuned for it.

Yeah it was only there for an instant then goes away.

Its nothing to worry about then. If it stays or rises, then you have something to worry about.

bump, now its staying and rising 1-3 degrees in 2nd 3rd and 4th gear. Not during WOT.

You need a tune with that intake man... It's well known that it skews the trims badly and these cars are very finnicky with regard to poor fuel trims causing KR.

I wonder if my old PCM had a tune on it for fixing the trims...I got a new PCM with a stock tune flashed on it for E85 tune later and haven't put my old PCM back in. Ill try replacing it to see.
