One the problem is you installed a timing belt.

Two. Dealership warranties their work. Take it back.

Well I'm sorry it's the timing chain kit
on a "new head"
I have a new timing chain tensioner that ima put in myself would you recommend that I put a oil additive add for my valve train could be lacking oil luburcation.
they supposably changed all the guides and put a New chain on a new head so Idk what it could be?

Like blue said dealers always warranty the work they do so take it back and dont touch it if you do you will probably void the warranty and no dont add any additives they are a gimmick and dont really work or sometimes they are an easy fix but the problem always comes back. Plus it cant be lacking lubricant thats the reason of the oil unless you have less than you should then that's another story

The problem is work on the car was done on the side with no paper work so even if I want to take it back I can't.
