LED help

Can anyone please explain how to set up LED turn signals? I have the LED bulbs and I know I need the load resistors. My doubts are: Do I need the resistors on both the headlights and taillights? How many ohms do they need to be? The front ones don't even turn on, why could that be? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well you're going to need resistors in front and back for each bulb to prevent hyper flash. They sell the resistors at AutoZone or online. The reason the fronts may not work is they could be installed backwards. Try pulling them out and turning it the other way and try again.

I have a set of bulb harnesses with resistors soldered onto them. Makes led turn signals blink like normal. I can sell em to you if you want. Or you have no idea how to go about wiring the resisTors. Mind you the harnesses ate brand new and it's for 2. 1 per headlights.

Thanks for the offer but I already have the resistors installed. Found some online at a really low price.

Thank you for the instructions. The hyper flash got fixed but now I have a new problem... Whenever I turn on the signal lights, no matter what side, all my lights flash as if the hazard lights were on. It only happens if the parking lights or the automatic lights are off. Do you have any idea why?

This I am sure of. I had led taillight bulbs installed without the resistors and the same thing happened. I never figured this out. The bulbs were canbus bulbs.

So you are running them like that? or did you take them out?

I left them on the car when I traded it. My old car was an 08 sport traded it for an 07 ss/sc.
