MAF codes after ignition switch recall

After taking my 2010 SS in for the ignition switch recall its went crazy. Right after getting the car back (mother took it in) I noticed it hesitating and it wouldn't pull any boost 2 psi max. I can drive a mile and be back to normal then all at once the same thing will happen. I was getting P0100, P0102, P0103 so I cleaned then replaced the MAF with 2 different known working sensors (1 brand new and one out of another car) and the same codes were present. Well went back to the dealer they replaced the ignition switch (whatever they do for the recall) and it was fine for a month or so now same deal. Same codes and no boost and hesitations. Wideband goes crazy sometimes lean sometimes rich. Has anybody else had this issue after the recall. I'm thinking I've got a short in a wire somewhere. I took the column cover off and didn't see anything obviously broken. Anybody got any ideas?
