Need Help! Cobalt Down
sounds more like an insurance issue to me. They'll probably know you weren't racing or abusing the car from the logs, but they'll probably be able to tell you mis-shifted. Sorry to say but warranty doesn't cover driver error. Who knows, maybe you'll get a very caring service manager. Tis the season?
Your best bet would be to file a report ASAP. Provide info on the other cars. That way it'll be alot easier to go the insurance route if you have to. You may have already waited to long to file a respectable statement, but you could always lie and tell them it just happened and you limped back home.

wel the ecm pretty much remembers everything about your engine for a while...so they could tell just about anything they wanna know...rpm speeds temps all the sorta stuff...not sure if they could tel what gear u were in..thats a pcm control
but its like pressure though its not just air i dont how to explain it, its more then normal
My suggestion: Clean car very well, Change anything that u can back to stock, try to ask friends for stock rims just for dealer visit.... Intake back to stock..... File report with chevy customer service as an angry person that did nothing wrong... Don't admit to the over revving because they will say warrenty voided at the spot as other have quoted driver error is not covered under warrenty... Try to be professional/Upset but going fully stock will be the best thing as soon as dealers see that u tempered with the car they will b base there decison on skittles in your car if they can... If u need more help Pm me I have numerous delear problems up to 3 trasmission's replaced... You can Do it u just need to be done Rigtht
