no manual need help

what dose the light of the car with the lock mean on the dash my battery is dieing over night and this light is on when i start the car thanks

that would stop the car from starting what if i unhooked the batt would it clear

it starts when i jump it

I remember hptuners threw my car into the security mode...wuoldn't let my car start. Unhooking the battery should clear it
