Update
Took the car in. The mechanic could not find the problem, so they are sending part of the engine off to GM. To have it pressure tested. Got a Pontiac G6 for a loner/rental ( all on GM). And all the repairs are covered under warranty.

possible resolution to oil problem
This foaming residue is a classic case of crankcase moisture. Your PVC valve may not be evacuating the crankcase, and the moisture is foaming in the oil. have the crankcase vent system checked and I think you will find your problem. Good luck, Ken.

update.
Called the dealership.
They (GM) is replacing the WHOLE engine. MR_Slobalt is a tech at the dealership that its at. He is going to do some P.I work and find out what went wrong.
