I just cleared them and never threw that code anymore and well P0171 is a code that throws with every intake on this car...not often for me though.
Yes, I dont understand the PCM dead thing that someone was talking about, This is the code that is thrown when you disconect the battery and reset the ecu if im correct. It should turn off with 3 ignition cycles i heard? or somehwere around that? Is the code still on?
you should technically be able to take your car anywhere....just tell the new dealer you had dealt with so and so before and did not like their customer service...or that you refuse to go back there.
i used to take my car to hustedt where i bought it...but then they damaged my car and refused to give me a rental while it was being painted so i went to eagle chevy and let them know that and have had no issues....just think of all the people who buy their cars and then move....GM doesnt expect them to go all the way to a dealer 100 miles away to get it fixed

I have a another question though, can you take your car to another dealer to get serviced? i thought you had to go to the dealer you bought your car from?

Since you think its misfiring and such, what is the car doing? When mine was doing it, my car would jerk back and forth going from 1st gear into second and then would be fine. If it's doing that, it's misfiring in your cylinders.

DTC P0603- Control Module Long Term Memory Reset
This DTC has been known to set after a battery rundown or disconnect or possibly a B+ reset to the PCM (did you have it disconnected?)
and
DTC P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor Circuit Low Voltage
Will only set if you have a disconnected or serious circuit issue with the TMAP (the 4 wire Bosch sensor at the front of your intercooler/manifold right next to where your rad hose goes into your head.)
Is your MIL (CEL) ON even??? If NOT then these are likely old DTCs that were nevered cleared after previous diagnosis and/or repair. Again if your MIL is OFF then these DTCs are likely NOT of ant real consequence and will automatically be cleared after 40 warmup cycles.
Your idle problems are another story...

ive had a cel for a few days now but nothing is different on my car...it runs fine... i only have a gmpp exhaust (i have a ss/sc) i tried getting the code at first but it didnt work...found out a cigarette lighter fuse was toast...replaced that and pulled the code...P0603...now my question...what does the dealer have to do to fix this? could i just clear the code and the car will be back to normal? ive heard stories about the pcm having to be replaced? if anyone could help id appreciate it
can anyone help me please?

P0603 is the code you get when you unhook the battery for an extended period of time. It's no big deal, unless you didn't' unhook the battery.
The map sensor signal failing shouldn't be related to an intake, and I Am sure it would make the car idle bad...

lol that happened to my friends redline, unfortunately for him he sucked up some tissue and now we call him tissues
my car idles hard sometimes it feels like motor jerks back and forth. and one time I went to autozone to get it scanned and the codes were
p0106
p0300
any idea what those are? that and my t/c and abs light keep popping on, and when the traction control light comes on by itself the transmission shifts really hard.
