P2187 (I think I see the fix)
Well I was driving home today and I got a P2187 "engine too lean at idle" like everyone else has been getting. I was just cruising around 65 on the express way on the way home. I researched and checked pass threads and I think I see the problem I just need to know if I'm correct or not:
I forget how its supposed to look but I don't think its supposed to be this far off, is it?:
Hard Parrt Mods:
Full hahn bolt ons basically
any one got any answers?

No a boost leak causes a rich code. If it were that you would be getting P2178 like I did which would fry a $70 O2 sensor like mine did. No idea on yours though.

Not necessarily. At idle, a boost leak could cause it to run lean. You know... not EVERY instance is going to be EXACTLY like what you have experienced.

I will test for a boost leak or two tomorrow as well as tighten everything up. If anyone has anything in dealing with the intake, lemme know.

It could possibly be that connection, you are right, but if its tight, i don't think it is. The space its 'off' is prolly due to the size of connection they used. Its just a fuel line connection, basically. If you don't find a boost leak, you could try sealing the connection up with some RTV sealant. If THATS not it, then I would change out the front O2 sensor.
What tune are your running?

K, thats what I thought. Did you check your boost tubing? Might check your MAP sensor lines too, when you did your IC pipes, you may have accidentally popped one off, or not got it on fully.
