reason why i say it is before when i did it like over a year ago. i had issues, but then i had the evap purge solenoid code. and that wasnt bypassed

 

Just curious because I been having a issue with my car surging in between -10 and 0 psi and I've had it bypassed for a few months now. Didn't fix the problem though. Still got if and I was told my car was pulling throttle and not timing so just curious. Btw I'm really not liking my car
