I live in iowa. so it is extremely hard to find someone to work on performance parts. Does anyone know of any shops in iowa that will do these kinds of things? feed back please.

 

Your best bet honestly is to look in the how to section on this site or find a friend that knows cars to help you do it yourself. It's gonna save you a lot of money and it's always good to know how to work on a car. What kind of work were you planning to do?
