Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

questions...kinda long sorry

questions...kinda long sorry

so i have been having some problems lately. i have been having the classic slip at WOT even as bad as no enguaging at all from a dig. i have also been having some problems when the car is already in gear at a cruze. it seems the clutch wont grab then it grabs and the car goes. i took the car to my dealer where i have taken the car for clutch/trans problems before. keep in mind i bought the car used and i took it back within 2 weeks for problems. the first time they told me there was nothign wrong. this time i took the tech for a ride and the clutch slipped 2 times once in 2nd and again in 4th just normal driving. they said they would tear into it and see what they could do, at this point im thinking to myself good deal, they are gonna warrenty everything...upon later conversations with my dealer and GM tech support (yes i had to get gm involved) my dealer is playing the classic user abuse card. my dealer said they talked to gm about replacment and i called gm and they said they never heard from my dealer. the gm rep also informed me that my dealer said the car has been involved with high speeds and that my trans is cracked. gm said there would be noticible problems from this (loss of fluids) there are no spots on my driveway or the area that i park in at work. so this is BS. the car has seen 150+ a time or 2 but i have never once herd of such a thing. so my dealer is claiming user abuse and im pleading the fact that i have no control over what happened to this car before i owned it. because i did have the car in shortly after i bought it for similar problems. i know im all over the place in this post but if any one can make any sense out of what i jsut typed please help me out. thanks ill try to answer any questions any of you may have

dude that sucks.. i had same prob with GM reps and the dealer. I say 1st try a diff dealer if not the gm rep i talked to (cool as hell) told me to file a report with the BBB (better business beauru) good luck GM sucks whenit comes to warrenty work.. Keep an eye on your pads and rotors.. FYI

i plan on changing them soon too... i do notice a slight warp to my rotars though but its not bad
