random speedo jumping while sitting still

I have a random speedo jumping while sitting still... It does it pretty often it happens when in drive and park......... I have NO lights on in the dash and No codes have ever popped up... I have replaced the TB , gas pedal assm. replaced the BCM, fuel filter, cleaned the MAF ... The dealer can not find the problem.... there is another thing that seems to happen at the same time... when taking off the trans seems to shift weird and the gas pedal stops responding for a few seconds... I'm guessing something with the speed sense wire or some kinda weird transmission thing...

does anyone know where the speed sensor wire is maybe I have a short in the harness
Thanks, Danny

Mine has done that while driving. The lights in the entire cluster go out and all of the needles 0 out for a few seconds. Dealership can't find anything wrong with it.
